Marine Rage - The damage that his Pokémon deals is increased by 10 for each Water-type Pokémon in either player's P.C.
Notes[]
- Lugia is a fairly attractive figure, not due to its strength, but because it has a quite large three star purple move that can send the battle opponent back to the bench. Much like Gyarados, only a bit safer because it only affects the opponent.
- Lugia can be hard to chain level due to it having two of the same white move, but it is recommended that you focus on the last one on the wheel. If Lugia gets confused, this will at least make it so it has a chance to hit a chain leveled attack.
- It is ill-advised to use materials to buy this figure.
- You should focus on Hurricane when you level up this figure since this move is the primary reason why you would use Lugia in your deck.
- Lugia is fairly strong against burn and paralysis.
- Double Chance is a good plate to use on this figure. It will also benefit from Tropical Energy.
